SPARQ training programmes are for athletes looking to improve their Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction times and Quickness.
  • SPEED - Speed is defined as the ability to move the body in one direction as fast as possible.
  • POWER - Power is the ability to perform strength based movements quickly and is an important component of athleticism
  • AGILITY - Agility is the ability to accelerate, decelerate, stabilise, and quickly change directions with proper posture.
  • REACTION - Reaction is the time it take for you to initiate an action or movement in response to a stimuli.
  • QUICKNESS - Quickness is the ability to react and change body position with a maximum rate of force production
